A brief break from character design for The Armen.    Here is a sketch I did trying to deal with what happened yesterday at the Boston Marathon.  Some might recognize this character from a previous sketch.

Ginko from Mushishi

I almost never draw fan art.   It’s never been something that really appeals to me.   However, occasionally, the mood strikes me.   Therefore, I give you a fan art of Ginko from Mushishi.   Mushishi is an absolutely phenomenal anime, and I highly recommend it if you have never seen it.    I am pretty pleased with the sketch–I thought I got the mood dead on, although I think I made some porportions and anatomy errors.
